{"id":2857,"date":"2021-11-01T20:05:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T19:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/?p=821"},"modified":"2024-03-29T09:53:09","modified_gmt":"2024-03-29T08:53:09","slug":"ha-mesure-de-la-qualite-de-lair-co2-et-pm2-5-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/index.php\/2021\/11\/01\/ha-mesure-de-la-qualite-de-lair-co2-et-pm2-5-2\/","title":{"rendered":"HA-Mesure de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air CO2 et PM2.5"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intro<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soucieux de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air que nous respirons au quotidien et de mon environnement, je me suis construit une petite centrale de mesure \u00e9quip\u00e9e de deux capteurs, l&rsquo;un mesurant le CO2 et l&rsquo;autre la concentration en particules PM2.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien \u00e9videmment, cette centrale doit communiquer avec HA. Je me suis tourn\u00e9 naturellement vers ESP HOME et j&rsquo;ai s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 deux capteurs dans la cat\u00e9gorie Air Quality pour leur faible coup et la facilit\u00e9 de mise en oeuvre plus un Wemos d1-mini amplement suffisant pour interfacer le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capteurs de mesure<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CO2: MH-Z19B<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le capteur Co2 est un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.aliexpress.com\/item\/1005002125913199.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.715e6c37KAOSxq\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.aliexpress.com\/item\/1005002125913199.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.715e6c37KAOSxq\" target=\"_blank\">MH-Z19B<\/a>, il mesure la teneur de CO2 sur une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 10000 ppm et communique en UART.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sur le MH-Z19:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MH-Z19  &lt;&#8211;&gt; Wemos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TX       <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>                  RX<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RX      <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>                   TX<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GND    <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>                GND<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VCC (+5v)   <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>      VCC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"869\" height=\"567\" src=\"https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1111\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;width:735px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-1.png 869w, https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-1-300x196.png 300w, https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-1-768x501.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 869px) 100vw, 869px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Particules Pm2.5: pm1006<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le capteur Pm2.5 est un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/esphome.io\/components\/sensor\/pm1006.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/esphome.io\/components\/sensor\/pm1006.html\" target=\"_blank\">pm1006<\/a>, il mesure la concentration de particules de taille inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2,5 \u00b5m en \u00b5g\/m3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sur le pm1006\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>carte PCB  &lt;&#8211;&gt; Wemos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GND     <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>                  GND<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VCC (+5v)  <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>         VCC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REST      <strong>&lt;&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>                D2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pm1006 communique en UART dans une plage de mesure de 0 \u00e0 1000 \u00b5g\/m3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boitier Ikea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pm1006 \u00e9quipe le boitier de mesure de qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ikea.com\/fr\/fr\/p\/vindriktning-capteur-qualite-de-lair-70498242\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ikea.com\/fr\/fr\/p\/vindriktning-capteur-qualite-de-lair-70498242\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vindriktning<\/a> commercialis\u00e9 par IKEA. Pour moins de 10\u20ac vous avez un joli petit boitier, aliment\u00e9 par un connecteur USB-C (cable et chargeur non fournis),  avec en face avant un jeu de led vous indiquant le taux de concentration: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vert: PM2.5 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 35 \u00b5g\/m3 = bonne qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange: PM2.5 entre 36 et 85 \u00b5g\/m3 = moyenne qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rouge: PM2.5 sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 85 \u00b5g\/m3 = mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Led clignotantes, d\u00e9marrage en cours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ikea-vindriktning-1-770x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-824\" srcset=\"https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ikea-vindriktning-1-770x1024.jpg 770w, https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ikea-vindriktning-1-226x300.jpg 226w, https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ikea-vindriktning-1-768x1021.jpg 768w, https:\/\/domo.rem81.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ikea-vindriktning-1.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mise en oeuvre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux capteurs sont connect\u00e9s au Wemos D1 mini et le tout int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le boitier. La connection est simple, il faut sortir le fer \u00e0 souder et relier directement  sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ikea.com\/fr\/fr\/p\/vindriktning-capteur-qualite-de-lair-70498242\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vindriktning<\/a>, le Wemos et les capteurs suivant le mapping \u00e9crit au chapitre \u00ab\u00a0Capteurs de mesure\u00a0\u00bb. Il continuera de d\u00e9marrer et s\u2019arr\u00eater au rythme des lectures mais sera moins bruyant. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les essais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par d&rsquo;autres, cette modification n&rsquo;affecte pas son efficacit\u00e9, difficile de le v\u00e9rifier je n&rsquo;ai pas constat\u00e9 d&rsquo;aberration dans les mesures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme ESP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/esphome.io\/components\/sensor\/pm1006.html\">https:\/\/esphome.io\/components\/sensor\/pm1006.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tres simple, la particularit\u00e9 est qu&rsquo;il faut d\u00e9clarer deux UART, uart_a et uart_b dans mon cas et les assigner aux sensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme nous ne ma\u00eetrisons pas intervalle de lecture du pm1006 (environ une dizaine de secondes),  je filtre sa lecture afin de lisser ses relev\u00e9s, je moyenne sur 50 relev\u00e9s et expulse la valeur tous les 10 relev\u00e9s, la premi\u00e8re valeur est expuls\u00e9e \u00e0 la dixi\u00e8me mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>window_size<\/strong>&nbsp;(&nbsp;<em>Facultatif<\/em>&nbsp;, entier): Le nombre de valeurs sur lesquelles sera effectu\u00e9e une moyenne lors de la diffusion d&rsquo;une valeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>send_every<\/strong>&nbsp;(&nbsp;<em>Facultatif<\/em>&nbsp;, entier)&nbsp;: \u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence une valeur de capteur doit \u00eatre expuls\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>send_first_at<\/strong>&nbsp;(&nbsp;<em>Facultatif<\/em>&nbsp;, entier)&nbsp;: par d\u00e9faut, la toute premi\u00e8re valeur brute au d\u00e9marrage est imm\u00e9diatement publi\u00e9e.&nbsp;Avec ce param\u00e8tre, vous pouvez sp\u00e9cifier quand la toute premi\u00e8re valeur doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e.&nbsp;La valeur par d\u00e9faut est&nbsp;<code>1<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La valeur de CO2 est lue toutes les deux minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\nsubstitutions:\n  device_name: esp145-qualite-air-ikea\n  adress_ip: \"192.168.0.145\"\n  friendly_name: esp145\n  time_timezone: \"Europe\/Paris\"\n  \nesphome:\n  name: ${device_name}\n  platform: ESP8266\n  board: d1_mini\n  project:\n    name: \"rem81.qualite-air-ikea\"\n    version: \"1.0.0\"\n\nwifi:\n  networks:\n    -
